11. Day. I believe early morning holds friendliness like a silent companion, allowing you to naturally access your inner silence. There was a time where I never wanted to miss this time, no matter how late I slept last night.
12. Night. Although morning is friendly, I'm married to the night. It's where my writings are finished, in the darkest-dead of the night. It's also the right time for real conversation.
13. Numbers. What do you think about number? I think it's one of the most magical element in our life on earth. Why there has to be numbers? Numbers show quantity, frequency, but beside of its function, I guess each number has unique energy. My birthday is on May 24. 2 and 4 don't you feel like it's a pattern? I was born on 1988. More patterned!
14. Time pointer. As so with numbers, I also believe in months, days, and time. What's your favorite day? I like the energy of Wednesday, where people start to find out what they are going to do this week. I was born on Tuesday, though.
15. Existence. To exist in this world is the most mysterious thing for me. Why am I here? Why I am what I am? People will tell me stop thinking about it, it's nonsense, you won't get the answer. But I never lose that question. It is not the answer I seek, at least not a practical answer like "Where can you find a nice pizza?" question. Actually I keep getting the answer, when I listen.
16. Daily life. I find delight in my everyday-life, in your everyday life, in their everyday life. Life doesn't have to be tragic or dramatic to be great. Today, go somewhere alone and observe, isn't life too rich for our tiny little head?
17. Love. I know nothing about love.
18. Joy. I find joy in making people feel appreciated, making their existence worths, their hearts filled to the brim.
19. Silence. Silence has answers, silence has songs if you only listen. Often, silence is a cure for your heartache, or over-populated mind. Do find silence anywhere, do find silence in your heart.
20. Spontaneity. For me, spontaneity does not only refer to the subconscious mind. Spontaneity is not an accident. Only genius people have spontaneity. Spontaneity doesn't come from the organizing, systematic mind. It comes from a deeper ground in you. Usually I don't find famous funny people funny. I don't feel the joke. But some other people, for me are the true comedians. They have that spontaneity. They are genius. They have that extra space only for giving surprises.
I also find spontaneity in people who dance. One of my dancer friend encouraged me to harness that: spontaneity. She always says "Be honest with your body!"
21. Dreams. Like people in the old days, I take my dreams seriously. At least, I think they tell something. If it's chaotic, it represents my chaotic mind. But some of my dreams tell more than that. Some are unforgettable. I wonder how people do not have dreams. Isn't that weird? My dreams have words in it, sometimes. Or conversations, and definitely images with vivid color. I can re-tell it like it happened in reality.
21. Party. I party a lot, not often. When I read good books, it feels like the authors come sitting near me and we have a party. I have that feeling so vibrantly. I remember that night when I was reading Krishnamacharya, that was probably 1 A.M in my livingroom, I feel like my favorite authors, books that I have read, they come and sit in my livingroom. Relax, I am not schizophrenic. I know it was just a feeling.
22. Spirituality. We all are spirits. But spirituality is not for everybody. Spirituality is not for lazy people. Cleaning up your glass window is a hardwork. The light is dim when your glass is dirty. But the light is always there, within. Lazy people who say they are on a path of spirituality, I will say they're just a potential schizophrenic. It's a path of not blaming others, not blaming any circumstances. it's an inward spiral-way of life. It's a solitary journey. This human body is limited, but the spirit reaches infinity. Somehow this body helps you access that light in your glass window, that's why you should take care of this body.
23. Circle of friends. My circle is small. I am not so-accessible. To be honest I only allow few people to get closer in my life. And we grow together. Friendship doesn't mean being there all the time. I meet my friends seldomly. Twice in a month is considered good, most of the times less than that. But they stay in my heart, I can tell you. They are not people who come and go. They don't hurt in bad moods, but they criticize honestly. We promote growth and honesty. We don't act things we're not. We forgive, and cherish our times together.
12. Night. Although morning is friendly, I'm married to the night. It's where my writings are finished, in the darkest-dead of the night. It's also the right time for real conversation.

24. Poetry. Poems are sacred words, like mantra. The magic of mantra shows how good the craftman is, so are poems. Poems are not created just out of nothing. Each has born out of a journey, a bleeding pain, and a process of learning. It is the only language that speaks nothing else than itself. I suggest a daily dose of poem for life.
25. Beauty. The capacity to look beautiful is the capacity to appreciate art. I don't believe artists who dress like shit. I know better ones who look effortlessly beautiful, because it's what they are: beauty.
26. Asana Yoga. This thing is good to tame my monkey mind. And it teaches me to breathe consciously. Yoga is not something that makes me feel good about myself. It makes me feel weak, inconsistent, and far from perfect. But the first step to betterment is being open to your flaws. Yoga makes me realize that body and spirit is inter-dependent, and I look forward to do more of this.
27. Learning. At the end of these opinions to cherish my 27th birthday, I just want to sit in silence, meditating on things I have done. I want to learn, not to be anything, I just want to learn.
Thank you for reading these 27 things of a highly opinionated young lady. I wish you have a good day!
