
"OhMyGodICan'tTakeItAnymore!" is all I can say when I finally step on the scale and see 59 kg WTF!!!! But my mind is full of plans... I'll work out every morning at 5 or 7, maybe start the day with a slice of bread before working out and having small...small breakfast at 9, have a normal lucnch (only 5 table spoons of rice and some veggies/meat) at 1 and dinner at 5 and do more work out at 8 or 9. I'll do this exactly everyday and I'll be brave to check my weight update next friday! Go Keisha Go! Get your sexy back, oh yeah baby!
